This Kyoto home originally featured a traditional Japanese bathroom. Our client requested a clean, modern upgrade using a high-quality TOTO unit bath.
2. Demolition Begins

We began demolition by carefully removing the bathtub, walls, and floor to expose the framework.
3. After Demolition

Once the space was cleared, we assessed the structural condition and uncovered an unexpected issue.
4. Termite Damage Discovered

Significant termite damage was found in the wooden framing. Immediate action was needed to ensure safety and durability.
5. Termite Treatment

We applied professional termite control treatments to eliminate the infestation and protect the structure moving forward.
6. Structural Reinforcement

Damaged pillars and the foundation were reinforced to ensure the bathroom would be strong, safe, and long-lasting.
7. Concrete Slab Installation
