Art Gallery Renovation | Waterproofing & Exterior Finishing
1. On-Site Inspection
We were invited by the art gallery owner to investigate water leakage. During the inspection, we were shown the basement where signs of water ingress were clearly visible.

2. Rooftop Handrail Damage
The existing rooftop railings were heavily rusted and unstable, posing both safety and aesthetic concerns.

3. Scaffolding Installation
To ensure safe and efficient access, scaffolding was set up around the building before beginning any repairs.

4. Handrail Repairs
Corroded sections were removed and replaced, followed by refinishing and repainting to restore the handrails’ function and appearance.

5. Waterproofing Work
We carried out rooftop and balcony waterproofing using a high-durability urethane membrane system and PVC.

6. Waterproofing Completed
The waterproofing layers were finished smoothly, ensuring long-term protection against future leaks.

7. Exterior Wall Damage
Several cracks were discovered on the outer walls, likely from weather exposure and age-related wear.

8. Wall Painting in Progress
Using JOLYPATE, a high-end plaster finish, the walls were restored with texture and elegance suitable for a gallery space.

9. Completed Look
The building now features refreshed walls, secure waterproofing, and a contemporary look that matches the artistic identity of the gallery.

10. Sign Installation
Finally, a clean and minimal signboard was installed, giving the gallery a distinguished street presence.
